About the role#
CHS Inc. is hiring an Agronomy Operations Intern to work on-site in Badger, Minnesota. This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity available for Summer 2026 and Winter 2027. You will work directly with our customers to provide service and gain hands-on experience in the field.
What you'll do#
- Learn about crop scouting, crop protection, seed, and nutrient products.
- Help with custom application and mixing procedures.
- Perform daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory quality and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like sprayers, trucks, floaters, conveyors, and towers.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Maintain a workspace that meets safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
