About the role#
This is a paid internship based in Worthing, South Dakota. You will work on-site to support our agronomy operations. The role is available for Winter 2027 and Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in the field while working alongside experienced professionals in the agriculture industry.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills including crop scouting, product application procedures, and seed management.
- Handle daily agronomy and seed operations, including mixing and product delivery.
- Maintain inventory quality and manage site record keeping.
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like sprayers, trucks, conveyors, and towers.
- Provide customer service and assist clients with their needs.
- Ensure all work areas remain compliant with safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or related degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- A background or previous experience in agriculture is helpful but not required.
