About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Hoffman, Minnesota. You will work on-site to support our agronomy operations while building your skills in the field. This position follows a rolling term starting in Spring 2025.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection, seed management, and custom application procedures.
- Manage daily agronomy and seed operations while monitoring inventory quality.
- Help with repairs and preventative maintenance for equipment like sprayers, trucks, conveyors, and floaters.
- Handle record keeping and general facility cleaning.
- Assist customers and provide service as needed.
- Follow state, local, and company safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- A willingness to learn and assist with various operations tasks.
