About the role#
As an Agronomy Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the field while working alongside experienced professionals. This paid, full-time position focuses on building practical skills in crop management and equipment operations. You will support our team in Beltrami, Minnesota, during the Winter and Summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills including crop scouting, nutrient and protection products, and seed handling.
- Assist with custom application procedures, mixing, and product delivery.
- Perform daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory quality and manage record keeping and facility cleanliness.
- Help maintain and repair equipment such as sprayers, trucks, conveyors, and towers.
- Provide service to our customers and assist them with their needs.
- Maintain a workspace that meets all state, local, and company safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or related agriculture degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
