About the role#
As an Agronomy Intern in Bowbells, you will gain practical experience in the farming industry. You will work with experienced professionals to learn core agronomy skills and support daily operations. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection, seed handling, and custom application procedures.
- Perform agronomy and seed operations while monitoring inventory quality.
- Handle record keeping and regular facility cleaning.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for equipment like sprayers, trucks, and conveyors.
- Provide customer service and support to our clients.
- Maintain a workspace that meets all state, local, and company safety policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or related agriculture degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
