About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Washburn, North Dakota. The program runs during the Spring and Summer of 2027. You will work alongside experienced professionals to build practical skills in the agriculture industry.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills, including crop scouting, product application, and seed management.
- Handle daily agronomy and seed operations, including mixing procedures and product delivery.
- Monitor inventory quality and maintain accurate records.
- Perform housecleaning tasks to keep facilities organized.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for equipment like sprayers, floaters, trucks, conveyors, and towers.
- Provide customer service and support to our agriculture clients.
- Maintain a safe work environment that follows all local, state, and company safety policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
