About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Crookston, Minnesota. You will work on-site to gain practical experience in agronomy while supporting our local operations. The program is available for Summer 2027 and Winter 2027.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills including crop scouting, product application, and mixing procedures.
- Handle seed and agronomy operations, including product delivery and truck driving.
- Manage inventory quality and maintain accurate records.
- Perform housecleaning tasks to keep the facility organized.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like sprayers, floaters, trucks, conveyors, and towers.
- Provide service to customers and help them with their needs.
- Follow all state, local, and company environmental and safety policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or related agriculture degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
