About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Ryder, North Dakota. You will work alongside experienced professionals to build practical skills in the agriculture industry. The role focuses on gaining hands-on experience with agronomy operations and customer service.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills, including crop scouting, product application, and mixing procedures.
- Handle seed and agronomy operations while monitoring inventory quality.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for equipment like sprayers, trucks, conveyors, and towers.
- Maintain accurate records and keep the facility clean.
- Deliver products and provide customer service.
- Follow all state, local, and company safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
