About the role#
The Insights Advance Internship is a 10 to 12-week program for professionals who have already completed the Choice Insights Internship. You will work within one or two departments to gain hands-on experience and build specialized skills. This role offers deeper exposure to specific areas of the bank and helps you explore potential long-term career paths. You will receive mentorship from team members throughout the program.
What you'll do#
- Complete department-specific projects and assignments.
- Apply knowledge gained during your previous internship.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and department activities.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and support department initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners.
- Meet regularly with an assigned supervisor or mentor to discuss your progress.
- Seek and apply developmental feedback.
- Complete a defined project or body of work and present a final summary of your outcomes.
- Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and confidentiality requirements.
- Travel between Choice locations for business needs as required.
- Potentially continue your responsibilities on a part-time schedule during the academic year if approved.

- Successful completion of the Choice Insights Internship.
- Sponsorship from a participating Choice department.
- A demonstrated interest in the department or career area.
- The ability to manage responsibilities with increasing independence.

- The ability to travel as required.

- Compensation: $17 per hour.
