About the role#
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will join our technology team for an 8-week summer program. You will work alongside software engineers to design, solve, and test complex coding problems, delivering solutions for our trading tools and risk applications. This role offers the opportunity to build the systems traders and quants rely on for real-time pricing and risk management. You will participate in classroom learning experiences, including coursework on options, market making, and our quantitative framework, while receiving mentorship from experienced team members.

What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Practical experience with Java, C++, or Python.
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively, both written and verbally.
- Strong interest in technology and trading, with a deep curiosity to learn.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-based environment.

- Location: Chicago, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2027 (8-week program from mid-June to early August).

- Compensation: Paid position with a monthly salary of $14,500 and a signing bonus.
