About the role#
This internship position within the Tax Credits and Incentives Advisory team focuses on federal and state incentive engagements. You will work on projects including R&D tax credit analyses, cost segregation, and energy credits. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tysons Corner, Virginia, for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Serve clients on federal credits and incentives engagements.
- Interview technical personnel and review memoranda to support credit opportunities.
- Manage the review and organization of client data for analysis.
- Lead the assembly of final client deliverables.
- Support engagement teams by tracking project status and identifying next steps.
- Act as a point of contact for client personnel.
What you'll need#
- Junior or senior status in an accredited accounting program.
- Progress toward 150 credit hours with an expected graduation date two years from the internship.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Interest in R&D tax incentives, fixed asset review, and cost segregation.

- Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
