Skill Bridge Internship (Military to Finance Fellowship)

About the role#

This fellowship provides a bridge for transitioning military personnel to enter the finance industry. The program identifies veterans with an interest in finance, provides industry-leading financial modeling certification, and facilitates placement into finance roles with qualified firms.

What you'll do#

• Participate in a no-cost financial modeling certification program to build core industry skills.
• Develop proficiency in modeling the three financial statements and industry-standard Excel formatting.
• Gain the technical skills required to perform in finance roles from the first day of employment.
• Transition into finance positions with partner firms specifically seeking military talent.

What you'll need#

• Active-duty military status with an expected transition date within the next 18 months.
• A record of honorable service and exemplary service evaluations.
• A commitment to completing a virtual financial modeling certification program and testing prior to transition.
• Interest in pursuing leadership opportunities within the finance sector.
