About the role#
This fellowship helps military service members transition into the finance industry. We identify veterans who want to build a career in finance and connect them with qualified firms. This program is paid and full-time.
What you'll do#
- Identify veterans who want to work in finance.
- Provide a financial modeling certification program to prepare you for the industry.
- Help you build skills in modeling financial statements, industry-standard formatting, and Excel efficiency.
- Place participants in finance roles with firms that specifically recruit transitioning veterans.
What you'll need#
- You are currently on active-duty service and plan to transition within the next 18 months.
- You have a record of honorable service and strong evaluations.
- You want to pursue leadership opportunities in finance.
- You are willing to complete a virtual, no-cost financial modeling certification and pass the required test before your transition.
- You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
