About the role#
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the professional administration and leasing of student housing communities. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this role focuses on supporting current and prospective residents to ensure high levels of satisfaction and effective property operations.
What you'll do#
- Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle all resident inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Conduct property viewings for prospective residents while promoting the company value proposition.
- Assist prospective residents with application forms and information gathering.
- Manage administrative tasks including maintaining records and processing documentation.
- Support move-in and move-out processes, including conducting suite inspections.
- Assist with the organization and hosting of student events and open houses.
What you'll need#
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach to problem-solving using facts, sound reasoning, and common sense.
- Strong follow-up skills to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology is preferred.
