About the role#
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the professional administration and leasing of student housing communities. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will support current and prospective residents to ensure high satisfaction and help secure leases. This is a part-time, contract role for students.
What you'll do#
- Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle all resident inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Conduct property viewings for prospective residents and promote the value proposition of the community.
- Assist prospective residents with information and the application process.
- Support move-in and move-out processes, including conducting suite inspections.
What you'll need#
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve problems using facts, sound reasoning, and common sense.
- Strong follow-up skills to resolve difficult issues in a timely manner.
- Preferred academic background in Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
