About the role#
This workstudy position serves as the primary point of contact for the department. You will manage the front desk and assist with daily administrative operations to support staff and visitors.
What you'll do#
- Greet and direct prospective students and visitors.
- Route incoming telephone calls and schedule appointments.
- Manage front desk activities, including key inventory and database entry.
- Create office documents such as correspondence, forms, tables, labels, and flyers.
- Track and file office paperwork, including invoices and purchase orders.
- Provide backup coverage for other office staff as needed.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.

- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a degree program.
