About the role#
This is a part-time Workstudy position at Central New Mexico Community College. You will serve as the first point of contact for the department, assisting visitors and managing daily office operations.
What you'll do#
- Greet and direct prospective students and visitors.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and schedule appointments.
- Manage front desk activities including key inventory, database maintenance, and data entry.
- Create office documents such as business correspondence, forms, tables, labels, flyers, and posters.
- Track and file office documents, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Provide back-up coverage for other office staff.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a degree program.

- The role is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
- This is an on-site, part-time position.
- The pay rate is $15.00 per hour.
