Technical Intern

About the role#

Centific is seeking PhD and Master's students for the PhD Research Internship Program. This role focuses on exploring industry advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and related fields. Interns will work on transformative technologies to solve real-world problems and contribute to AI and ML industry projects.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with industry experts and leading researchers on innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the development of AI and ML projects, including work in NLP, Computer Vision, and LLMs.
• Participate in opportunities to publish research and attend industry conferences.
• Apply technical expertise to push the boundaries of current technology.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a PhD or MS program with a focus on NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs, VLMs, or Responsible AI.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Expertise in PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Expertise in one or more of the following: RAG, Vector DBs, or LLM fine-tuning.
• A strong understanding of Transformer Architecture.
• Preferred majors include Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.

• This is a remote position based in the United States.
• This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
