About the role#

Centerstone is seeking a Master's level therapy intern for a rural outpatient clinic in Tullahoma, Tennessee. This position involves working with a diverse clientele of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. This is an unpaid, part-time internship with no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements.

What you'll do#

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions as required by your academic program.
• Conduct initial client assessments.
• Maintain accurate treatment plans and complete all necessary clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively through written, verbal, in-person, and virtual methods.

What you'll need#

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Current enrollment as a student in good standing in a Master's degree program in professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related field.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting for 80% of the time and occasional standing, squatting, kneeling, bending, driving, and lifting.
