Associate Level Intern Late Fall Semester

About the role#

This internship provides hands-on experience for students currently pursuing an Associate degree. You will gain practical exposure to the mental health care field by working directly with clients and contributing to team-based projects within the organization.

What you'll do#

• Interact directly with clients to gain hands-on experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Facilitate team meetings and present data to clinic staff to build public speaking skills.
• Develop technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including cleaning and analyzing data sets.
• Create data visualizations, one-pagers, and presentations to effectively communicate insights.

What you'll need#

• Currently working toward an Associate degree in Public Health, Psychology, Sociology, Health Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• A demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively in written, verbal, in-person, and virtual formats.
• A detail-oriented mindset with an aptitude for working with data.
