Student Ambassador

About the role#

As a Student Ambassador, you will represent the student perspective and help peers navigate their educational journey using Cengage platforms. This role is designed for students who are active in their campus communities and social media, aiming to build professional skills while supporting fellow learners.

What you'll do#

• Participate in social media campaigns by creating engaging photo and video content.
• Influence the future of Cengage Learning Platforms by providing feedback through focus groups, surveys, product testing, and team calls.
• Help students get the most out of their Cengage products by hosting events, leading office hours, and providing classroom support.
• Collaborate with fellow Ambassadors and Cengage employees to develop blog posts, informational videos, and other creative content.
• Represent the student voice in webinars, events, and panels.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student (first-year, sophomore, or junior) at a 2-year or 4-year college or university in the U.S.
• Experience using a Cengage Learning Platform (such as MindTap, WebAssign, SAM, OWLv2, or CengageNow) in at least one class.
• Active involvement in your college community and on social media, specifically Instagram or TikTok.
• Strong communication skills and an interest in public speaking.
• Ability to commit 3-5 hours per week.
• Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, and Psychology.

• Location: United States (On-site).
• Compensation: $18 per hour.
• Term: Rolling.
