Student Ambassador

About the role#

As a Student Ambassador, you will serve as the voice of the student experience at Cengage. This role is designed for undergraduate students who are passionate about education and eager to help their peers succeed using Cengage Learning Platforms. You will act as a bridge between the student body and the company, providing feedback and creating content that shapes future product development.

What you'll do#

• Create engaging photo and video content for social media campaigns.
• Provide feedback on Cengage Learning Platforms through surveys, focus groups, product testing, and team calls.
• Support fellow students by hosting back-to-school events, leading office hours, and providing classroom assistance.
• Develop creative content, including blog posts and informational videos, in collaboration with other Ambassadors and Cengage staff.
• Represent the student perspective during webinars, events, and panels.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student (first-year, sophomore, or junior) at a 2-year or 4-year college or university in the U.S.
• Previous experience using a Cengage Learning Platform in at least one class, such as MindTap, WebAssign, SAM, OWLv2, or CengageNow.
• Active involvement in your college community and on social media platforms, with a preference for Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong communication skills and an interest in public speaking.
• Ability to commit 3-5 hours per week.
• Preferred fields of study include Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or Business Administration.

• Compensation: $18 per hour.
