About the role#
Carelinks ABA is hiring Practicum Students to support our in-home team. This role provides hands-on field experience for students enrolled in or recently graduated from an ABA Master’s program. You will work directly in home settings alongside RBTs and BCBAs to improve staff performance and client outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Support onboarding and competency-based training for new RBTs.
- Provide in-the-moment coaching, modeling, and feedback during home sessions.
- Step into sessions to assist staff with higher-needs clients or challenging behaviors.
- Assist with in-person observations and data collection for assessments.
- Maintain treatment integrity and reduce drift in implementation.
- Collaborate with BCBAs on the implementation of treatment plans.
- Provide direct care coverage for up to 20 hours per week to reduce cancellations.
- Identify and address training or support gaps proactively.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from an ABA Master’s program.
- At least 600 completed practicum hours.
- RBT certification, or willingness to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
- SafetyCare certification, or willingness to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
- Strong coaching, modeling, and communication skills.
- Comfort working independently in home-based settings.
- Willingness to travel locally.

- Compensation: Paid, with an annual salary range of $48,000 to $55,000.
