About the role#
We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Intern to join our team in Raleigh. You will work alongside recruiters to gain hands-on experience in the hiring process. This role is full-time during the summer and transitions to part-time, at approximately 20 hours per week, during the rest of the year.
What you'll do#
- Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting resources.
- Review resumes and help identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars for candidates and interview teams.
- Maintain candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Help post job openings and support various recruiting projects.
- Assist with talent pipeline development and candidate outreach efforts.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising junior, senior, or graduate student actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or recruiting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and business leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

- This position is located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
- This is an on-site role. It is not remote.
- This is a paid internship.
