About the role#
The Technology Internship Program is a full-time, 10-week summer program running from June through August 2027. Interns work in a collaborative environment to develop technical skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of financial technology. Participants will be evaluated for future full-time positions within rotational programs. Please note that this program does not provide visa sponsorship or immigration support.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers on customer-facing web and mobile applications.
- Utilize interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity and improve code quality.
- Participate in training sessions covering AWS, open-source Big Data tools, and other technical disciplines.
- Engage with executive speakers and interact with senior leadership.
- Access continuous learning opportunities through Tech College.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Expected graduation date of August 2028 or earlier, with a requirement to continue in the same course of study following the internship.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Intermediate to advanced programming proficiency in languages such as Go, Kotlin, Python, Java, HTML, Swift, PHP, XML, JSON, UML, JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripts, Objective C, C#, C/C++, or Perl.
