About the role#
The Cyber Security Internship Program is a 10-week, full-time, paid summer program. Interns work alongside Cyber associates to address real-world challenges across domains such as cloud infrastructure, networks, platforms, and application security. This program provides hands-on experience and exposure to technology leadership, with the potential for evaluation for future full-time rotational programs.
What you'll do#
- Support network defense and offensive security initiatives.
- Conduct cyber risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate on projects involving cyber data analysis and automation.
- Evaluate systems and provide recommendations to strengthen cybersecurity posture.
- Participate in mentorship, training, and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with an expected completion date by August 2028.
- Coursework in areas such as IT fundamentals, cloud security, cryptography, network security, or data security.
- Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles, network concepts, digital forensics, and operating systems.
- Basic programming skills in one or more languages.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Majors preferred include Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
