About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Actuarial Intern position for Summer 2026. You will work on-site in Thornhill, Ontario, contributing to the actuarial team through data analysis and model development.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the creation of actuarial models.
- Support the team in analyzing and interpreting data.
- Conduct research to aid in the development of actuarial reports.
- Work collaboratively with other departments.
- Prepare presentations for stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Ability to work with large data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of actuarial science and principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
