About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. You will join our team to gain hands-on experience in business development and account management. The program begins with an interactive onboarding session to introduce you to our technology, business strategies, and company culture. Throughout the summer, you will work alongside professionals to learn industry operations while receiving mentorship to help build your professional network.
What you'll do#
- Work with industry professionals to understand internal business processes and supply chain best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Use our proprietary global supply chain platform, Navisphere, to manage logistics tasks.
- Apply skills across sales, negotiation, operations management, and transportation information systems.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate standing as a Junior or Senior.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while delivering independent results.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
