About the role#
Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP offers a Summer 2027 Diversity Fellowship for law students. This program provides a paid summer associate position and a $5000 academic scholarship. We look for candidates from diverse backgrounds, including those underrepresented in the legal profession. What you'll do#
Selected fellows work as summer associates in one of our office locations. Finalists will participate in an interview with our selection committee as part of the evaluation process.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a second year law student at an accredited law school.
- A strong academic record.
- Demonstrated writing ability.
- Evidence of community involvement and contributions to diversity programs.
- Submission of a typed personal statement of 1500 words or less.
- Two letters of recommendation or references.
- A current transcript, resume, and financial aid award letter.
- All materials combined into a single PDF.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site fellowship for Summer 2027.
- Office locations include Newport Beach, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Diego, and Walnut Creek.
- Relevant majors include Political Science, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Communications, Philosophy, and History.
