    About the role#

    The Kibble Total Experience Internship provides students with practical exposure to the agriculture industry. You will bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world operations. This program is designed to help you gain professional experience while you explore potential career paths within our organization.

    What you'll do#

    • Rotate through various departments to understand our daily activities and responsibilities.
    • Support dealerships with value-added sales opportunities.
    • Help coordinate internal and external meetings, training sessions, and customer clinics.
    • Submit weekly progress reports to your supervisor and mentor.
    • Complete special projects and additional tasks as assigned.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an associate degree program or higher in Business, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Precision Ag Technology.
    • Ability to work 40+ hours per week throughout the summer.
    • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Proficiency in standard desktop applications like Microsoft Office.
    • A self-starting attitude with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
    • Commitment to following all safety rules and guidelines.

    • Location: Brookings, South Dakota.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Modality: On-site, full-time.
    • Compensation: Paid position, ranging from $14.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience.
