About the role#
Bracco is looking for a Technical Training Intern to join our Operations team in Eden Prairie. You will report to the Senior Technical Training Specialist and work on hands-on projects that support our technical training programs. This role provides exposure to product support departments and the regulatory requirements of the medical device industry.
What you'll do#
- Use training equipment to build online training products.
- Assist with live technical training sessions for field and in-house staff.
- Help create new training standards and programs.
- Produce training videos and other instructional materials.
- Develop LMS procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
What you'll need#
- Current sophomore, junior, or senior standing in Business, HR, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Interest in the medical device industry.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
- Biomedical engineering coursework or related engineering experience is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Term: May 2025 through December 2025.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
