About the role#
Bose Corporation is looking for an Associate Customer Quality Engineer Co-op to join the Global Change Management team. You will support active change projects with a focus on tooling and the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). This role involves managing quality aspects for global OEM customers to ensure compliance and project execution.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical and documentation support to the North American Customer Quality Engineering team.
- Prepare customer deliverables and coordinate PPAP and Supplier PPAP (SPAP) documentation.
- Maintain quality records and track quality action items.
- Support customer communications.
- Coordinate and execute customer PPAP submissions to ensure all requirements and timing are met.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a junior, senior, or graduate student.
- Interest in the automotive industry.
- One previous internship, co-op, or automotive work experience.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and organizational skills.
- Understanding of tooling processes, PPAP requirements, and quality control, or a willingness to learn.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to take initiative and work as a self-driven individual.
- Experience in global change management or technical writing is a plus.
- Fields of study including Statistics, Economics, or other related majors.

- Location: Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 11 through June 25, 2027).
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: Paid internship.
