About the role#
As a Digital Transformation Analyst Intern, you will help public sector organizations solve business challenges by applying digital strategies. You will gain hands-on experience by contributing directly to real project work, learning how to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This role focuses on developing transformative technology and business system solutions while working alongside experienced professionals.
What you'll do#
- Apply digital savvy to solve traditional business challenges.
- Contribute to the development of technology and business system solutions.
- Gain exposure to basic principles, theories, and concepts of organizational improvement.
- Work collaboratively to address data analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence needs.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Scheduled to obtain your Bachelor's degree by Summer 2027.
- Experience working on a team in a professional or internship environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
- Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence is helpful.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
