About the role#
The Summer Games is a competitive internship program where you will join a team to develop solutions for complex customer problems. You will work in a startup-style environment, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and apply Booz Allen products to real-world challenges. The program culminates in a final competition and presentation to senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Develop ideas and solutions for customer problems.
- Work within a team on specific challenge projects.
- Produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
- Solve problems using company products and engagement models.
What you'll need#
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C, C++, Assembly, Python, Perl, R, or Bash.
- Experience with machine learning, data mining, statistics, or graph algorithms gained through academic work or previous internships.
- Experience conducting research and writing software.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Scheduled to earn a Bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Winter 2027, Winter 2028, Spring 2027, or Spring 2028.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
