About the role#
The Summer Games is an internship program that simulates a startup accelerator environment. You will join a team to develop a breakthrough idea or solution for a complex, multidimensional problem faced by our customers. Throughout the program, you will work with Booz Allen products and engagement models. The summer ends with a final Challenge Cup competition where you present your work to senior leadership. You will receive mentorship from senior leaders during the program.
What you'll do#
- Develop solutions for complex customer problems.
- Collaborate in a team environment to solve specific project challenges.
- Participate in a startup accelerator simulation.
- Receive guidance and mentorship from senior leaders.
- Present a final project during the Challenge Cup competition.
What you'll need#
- Experience with data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, or mining.
- Experience using statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis.
- Knowledge of structured and unstructured data sources.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- You are scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Winter or Spring 2027, or Winter or Spring 2028.
