About the role#
As a Corporate Development Intern, you will support strategic initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, equity investments, licensing opportunities, and divestitures. You will work under direct supervision to apply basic principles and theories while solving routine problems of limited scope. This position requires U.S. citizenship.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate and analyze strategic investment opportunities.
- Conduct research on companies, industries, markets, and competitors to synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Analyze financial information to build executive-ready presentations.
- Escalate complex issues to higher levels of the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with a graduation date between Winter 2027 and Summer 2028.
- Academic focus in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques like DCF, comparable company, or precedent transaction analysis is a plus.
