About the role#
This is an 8-month internship position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work with the Quality team to address issues across manufacturing operations and supplier activities. The role involves performing analytical work, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating with teams across the organization to drive quality performance.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and resolve quality-related issues.
- Use data tools to identify trends and suggest corrective actions.
- Create and present quality metrics, reports, and dashboards to management.
- Take part in cross-functional problem-solving for technical and quality concerns.
- Assist with internal audits and monitor compliance with quality standards.
- Contribute to projects focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Support root cause analysis and process optimization efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Quality Engineering, or Business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly.
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with quality tools like Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, or Lean principles is an asset.
