About the role#
This internship is a full-time position based in Dorval, Quebec, for the Winter 2027 term. You will work within a hybrid environment, supporting our Information Systems team. This role is open to current students only, not new graduates.
What you'll do#
- Analyze operational and system data using Power BI to find inconsistencies, gaps, and duplicates.
- Support data cleanup and remediation across various business and IT systems.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to reduce manual effort and improve process accuracy.
- Combine tools like ServiceNow, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, and scripting technologies to transform data and automate processes.
- Create dashboards and performance indicators to provide visibility into data quality and operational results.
- Collect, structure, and validate data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with process owners and technical teams to translate business needs into practical reporting and automation solutions.
- Document automated workflows, data-cleanup rules, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Test and validate solutions to ensure they align with business requirements and maintain data integrity.
- Identify new tools and process improvements to simplify daily work.
- Contribute to application monitoring and continuous improvement activities.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with structured data to identify patterns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Good command of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience or comfort with documenting your work.
- Proactive and organized mindset with a motivation to learn new technologies.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, programming, scripting, or SQL is an asset.
