About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work with Industrialization Project Managers and Business Analysts in Dorval. You will support projects through planning, coordination, and data analysis. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Monitor project plans and assist with key tasks across multiple initiatives.
- Help plan and coordinate activities to support industrialization plans.
- Create, revise, and organize documentation for industrialization processes.
- Contribute to the definition and maintenance of industrialization strategies.
- Participate in developing and implementing process improvements.
- Support governance, maintain KPIs, and prepare presentations.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to assist with decision-making and strategic planning.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Industrial, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency with Office 365 tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written. Spanish is an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- An interest in project management and strategic business analysis.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with an ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with data and numbers in an analytical way.
- Curiosity regarding the aviation industry.

- Note: This role is open to students only. Occasional travel outside of Canada may be required for training or work purposes.
