About the role#
This internship provides support to the New Aircraft Sales Contract Negotiation and Contract Management teams. You will assist with daily administrative operations and contribute to the governance of legal and sales processes.
What you'll do#
- Prepare invoices and track approvals to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Generate reports that identify deviations from standard contractual text.
- Maintain and update governance databases and logs.
- Participate in governance meetings and assist with internal and external audits.
- Handle various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Availability to work from January to April 2027, with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
- Bilingual proficiency, including strong English speaking and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Workshare is considered an asset.

- Location: Dorval, Quebec, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Term: Winter 2027 (4 months).
- This is a paid internship open to current students only.
