IT Assets Technician (Student)

About the role#

This position focuses on the provisioning and disposition of hardware and software assets at Bob Jones University. This role is open to Bob Jones University and Bob Jones Academy students only.

What you'll do#

• Perform computer system imaging, sanitation, and software installation.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and assist with data recovery.
• Receive, distribute, and process retired assets.
• Maintain and update asset record information.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

What you'll need#

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple OS.
• Experience with computer hardware and software installation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
