About the role#
This student assistant position supports the Center for Leadership Development by overseeing the Student Center Den and Hub areas. You will assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors while maintaining a welcoming environment for the campus community. This role is for the 2026-2027 academic year.
What you'll do#
- Supervise student activities and maintain a wholesome atmosphere.
- Manage the Game Room and keep track of game supplies.
- Perform cleaning tasks like dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash.
- Handle room reservations for the Den meeting spaces.
- Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages.
- Oversee the lost and found items.
- Model professional behavior at all times.

- Current enrollment as a student at Bob Jones University.

- The ability to confront problems tactfully and firmly.
