About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship position for the Fall 2026 term. The role is based on-site in Toronto, Ontario. You will support the finance team by executing cyclical reporting processes and ensuring strong governance across financial activities.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of accurate, efficient cyclical reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual processes.
- Analyze data to provide financial insights, identify variances, and offer recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of financial and management reporting programs.
- Prepare and format data for regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure all work adheres to enterprise standards, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current educational background in Finance or Accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Practical experience with Power BI and Power Apps.
- Experience in financial analysis, including variance analysis and financial forecasting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
