About the role#
This is an 8-month internship position for the Fall 2026 term. You will work within the Data Analytics and Reporting group to transform raw data into actionable insights. This role requires an independent mindset and the ability to apply risk management frameworks while developing data-driven solutions for the bank.
What you'll do#
- Design dashboards and perform analyses to answer specific business questions.
- Identify trends and patterns in large datasets to provide reporting insights.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools, including the creation of training programs for non-analytical end users.
- Document data flows, systems, and processes to improve design and implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of analytics solutions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Foundational proficiency in data visualization, data storytelling, and data mining.
- Experience with Python, REST APIs, and RAG workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to technical design.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
