About the role#
Join the Corporate Services Group as a Fleet Administrator for the Winter 2027 term. You will work directly with the Fleet team in Markham, Ontario, to support the management of over 2,000 vehicles and drivers across the company. This role is a chance to gain hands-on experience in fleet operations and corporate administration.
What you'll do#
- Support analytical projects to identify trends or cost optimization opportunities.
- Assist with special automation projects, including testing workflow automations and improving digital processes.
- Update and maintain fleet documentation to ensure accuracy and version control.
- Contribute to process mapping to document workflows and support improvement initiatives.
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, file management, and system updates.
- Coordinate fleet programs and services for the national fleet.
- Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and departmental priorities.
- Participate in meetings, provide progress updates, and assist with research and problem-solving.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
- High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

- Experience working in a high-volume environment.
