As an IT Support Intern, you will join the IT Operations team to support internal systems and end-user technology. You will gain hands-on experience in identity and access management, enterprise productivity platforms, and endpoint management while collaborating across Security, Compliance, People, and Engineering teams.
What you'll do#
- Troubleshoot operating systems and software applications across the organization.
- Respond to and resolve trouble tickets in a timely manner.
- Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to systems.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, primarily through Okta.
- Configure and manage mobile devices using an MDM platform.
- Administer Okta for user lifecycle management and authentication.
- Configure and customize Slack for team communication and tool integration.
- Manage resources and services within enterprise productivity suites like Google Workspace.
- Utilize Jira Service Management for ticketing.
What you'll need#
- Currently working towards or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with MacOS and Chromebooks.
- Familiarity with Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of operating systems, networking, enterprise productivity tools, and identity management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail.
