IT Support Intern

About the role#

As an IT Support Intern, you will join the IT Operations team to support internal systems and end-user technology. You will gain hands-on experience in identity and access management, enterprise productivity platforms, and endpoint management while collaborating across Security, Compliance, People, and Engineering teams.

What you'll do#

• Troubleshoot operating systems and software applications across the organization.
• Respond to and resolve trouble tickets in a timely manner.
• Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to systems.
• Manage user accounts and permissions, primarily through Okta.
• Configure and manage mobile devices using an MDM platform.
• Administer Okta for user lifecycle management and authentication.
• Configure and customize Slack for team communication and tool integration.
• Manage resources and services within enterprise productivity suites like Google Workspace.
• Utilize Jira Service Management for ticketing.

What you'll need#

• Currently working towards or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with MacOS and Chromebooks.
• Familiarity with Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of operating systems, networking, enterprise productivity tools, and identity management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail.
