About the role#
We are looking for an AI Agent and Analytics Intern to help build practical AI tools that improve how we handle reporting, automation, and business information. You will work directly with the CIO and the IT team to connect enterprise data to AI solutions, turning business questions into actionable insights.
What you'll do#
- Build AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows using approved technologies.
- Connect AI solutions to databases, APIs, documents, spreadsheets, and business systems.
- Develop tools for technology budget management and reporting.
- Create prompts, workflows, and agent logic to improve accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze data to ensure it is AI ready.
- Prototype and test AI use cases for operational needs.
- Validate solutions for security, data quality, and responsible AI use.
- Document your work, including data sources, prompts, integrations, and test results.
- Collaborate with the programming team to implement your use cases.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, AI, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience or coursework with Generative AI, AI agents, or data analytics.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Copilot Studio, Claude, Azure AI, or Power Automate.
- Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, databases, Python, or data integration.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Interest in AI governance, cybersecurity, and privacy.
- Experience with Power BI, RAG, financial reporting, or AI testing is a plus.

- Location: St. Louis, Missouri.
- This is an on-site, paid, full-time internship.
- The pay rate is 20.00 dollars per hour.
- The term is rolling.
