About the role#
BGE, Inc. offers a paid internship in the Public Works department. You will join our team in Houston, where you will receive mentorship from experienced staff. This role is a full-time commitment on a rolling basis.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members on daily tasks.
- Learn from mentors throughout your time with us.
- Attend training sessions and events focused on your professional growth.
- Join intern-specific activities alongside your regular project work.
What you'll need#
- You must be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and an ability to pick up industry-specific software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
