About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work within a team environment while receiving mentorship from BGE staff. You will gain exposure to civil engineering projects and participate in events and training programs designed to support your professional growth.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members on daily project tasks.
- Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.
- Attend training sessions and events focused on career development.
- Engage in activities specifically for interns alongside your regular work duties.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to learn industry-specific software tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

- Location: Tampa, Florida.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Term: Rolling.
- Compensation: Paid internship.
