About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work on a team while receiving mentorship from BGE employees. You will participate in intern-specific activities alongside your regular work tasks and attend training events focused on your career development.
What you'll do#
- Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects.
- Attend professional development events and training sessions.
- Engage in activities designed specifically for the intern cohort.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to learn industry-specific software programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
