About the role#
This is a 10-12 week paid Engineering Internship for Summer 2027. You will work within a technical team to support our LEED certified production facility in Amsterdam, New York. The role focuses on reliability excellence by supporting engineering, maintenance, and operational practices to maximize capacity and productivity.
What you'll do#
- Apply your engineering knowledge to drive improvements in an industrial environment.
- Execute value-added projects that involve collaboration with various departments.
- Participate in roundtable discussions, corporate meetings, and networking events.
- Support daily operations while adhering to strict food safety and production protocols.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or Packaging Science.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Authorization to work in the United States for the entire duration of the internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Experience with SAP and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Compensation: $16.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
- Requirements: You will work in an environment requiring specific safety gear including a lab coat, hairnet, beard cover, and safety glasses. Certain restrictions on jewelry and nail polish apply.
