About the role#
This is a 10-12 week paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work with the Sales, Category Management, and Business Analytics teams to support commercial strategy and customer development. This position provides hands-on experience in a food production environment while focusing on data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Analyze sales, shopper, and brand data to generate actionable insights.
- Support commercial strategy and category growth initiatives.
- Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Participate in corporate meetings, customer presentations, and community activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance through data analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
- Completion of at least your 3rd year of study is preferred.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically advanced Excel proficiency.
- Ability to work in the US for the duration of the internship.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Commitment to the safety and quality of food for babies and toddlers.
Location & details#
- Location: Amsterdam, New York.
- Modality: On-site at our LEED certified production facility.
- Schedule: Full-time during Summer 2027.
- Requirements: You may be required to wear safety equipment such as a hairnet, beard cover, safety glasses, hearing protection, and a lab coat. Certain restrictions on jewelry and nail polish apply.
